Although for this essay, I thought about compiling a list of our “Constitutional” transgressions that are legion, and lesion. Yet, I will only note some from the first half of the 1800s. . Many of these transgressions have been inculcated into our historical mindset as if we deserved their benefits, even if they would be odious for us to pursue, or attempt now.
