Consider how we would have dealt with the Vietnam War if we had a (nearly) real-time perspective of why we were actually there, and what we were actually doing there? We could call that real-time data deliverance, The (Perpetual) Pentagon Papers . A newer version could be called, The (Always-On) Afghanistan Papers . Such data deliverance would have made sure the bad histories do not repeat themselves axiom avoided becoming tired and stale, which made us abandon the axiom before downloading the full version.
